Order and Payment

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

You have up to 24 hours to make changes to your order.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take

Orders are received and processed within 6-8 weeks. Transit time is subject to the size and value of the order.

Where does ZHUOMU ship?

ZHUOMU ships to the continental United States, and does not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. For inquiries about shipping please email info@zmhome.store.

Do I need to schedule delivery?

If your order requires in-person delivery, a shipping representative will contact you to schedule delivery. If there is no response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to return product back to our warehouse to avoid storage fees. The order will then be cancelled, and shipping fees (original and return) will not be refunded. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Is White Glove Delivery available?

White Glove Delivery is available on select oversized items and large orders and will include inside delivery of item(s) to a room of choice, up to 2 staircases, and packaging removal. White Glove option and pricing will populate at checkout. After your order is placed, a shipping representative will reach out to schedule delivery. If you are unsure of your order, please be sure to retain the packaging so that it may be eligible for return.

Trade Program

Do you have a Designer Trade Program? How can I join?

To join our Trade Program, We require a business card and license or resale certificate. Please submit your application to trade@zmhome.store to begin your customized discounts.

What is the discount for Designer Trade?

Each level status is determined by how much you spend annually at ZHUOMU. The spend is the subtotal before promotional offers and shipping charges are applied when you enter your unique discount code at checkout that is registered to your Trade account. 

  1. Brass, formerly known as Tier 1: Spend is under $10,000 = 15% off any purchase.  
  2. Silver, formerly known as Tier 2: Spend is $10,000-$30,000 = 20% off any purchase.  
  3. Gold, formerly known as Tier 3: Spend is over $30,000 = 25% off any purchase.

Returns

What is your return policy

We extend a 30-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. Woven cannot accept returns on final sale, vintage pieces, or any previously installed lighting or hanging items. Please check individual product pages for third-party return policies. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Read more on our Returns page. 

Can an exception be made after 30 days?

It is unlikely that we will be able to accept a return after 60 days. Claims can be submitted to Customer Service and may incur an additional restocking fee, or store credit if approved.
